Sore Throat Blend
This blend may include:
- Peppermint
- Chamomile
- Calendula
- Dandelion root
- Orange zest
- Basil

- Marjoram

- Turmeric
Tip: Add 1-2 pinches of cayenne pepper for an added numbing effect.

Instructions
Steep in hot water for 1 minute for 1 cup - 4 minutes for a pot of tea. Add honey to taste.
